      Pros

      Rapidly growing company. Lots of opportunity. Management team that really cares about people. Small enough that there is little red tape and the organization can change fast. Not so big that you can't know everybody in the company. Lots of freedom to "make things happen". The service organization is the most committed and passionate I have seen.

      Cons

      Small company that doesn't have all the resources yet that big companies do so we have to make it happen ourselves. Lots of change happening as we grow which is good - but can be stressful too.
