      Pros

      I love working with Bell! I have such a supportive team at my community! Not only is my team supportive but my upper management is super supportive as well! I may get stressed at work but who wouldnt dealing with tons of different residents all day? I will never regret working with Bell. They have a great training program and taught me everything I know. I’ve now been with the company for over a year and can’t wait to keep growing within my company.

      Pay is average-not terrible but not amazing, you make it up in commission but commission is never guaranteed.
