      Pros

      Corporate is friendly and helpful! My Regional is WONDERFUL and fully supports and trusts me. I truly feel taken care of.

      Cons

      A lot of training up front and a lot to take in, but the company and trainers are very patient!

      Good benefits, promotion potential, friendly staff, Communitive managers

      Cons

      Not really a Bell issue but having to work both weekend days, wishing to have more holiday time/time off

      Amazing Company!

      Pros

      There is a department for everything! Super helpful. Great benefit package They listen to feedback from company survey and make changes based off of that Wonderful annual conference I cannot imagine working for a different company! Bell is great!

      Cons

      Properties do go on the market and that sometimes leaves employees with nowhere to go unless willing to move to a different market. Sometimes new initiatives are rolled out with little time to adapt to.
