      Pros

      Major focus on Company Values, strong company culture, and taking care of their Employees. Ahead of competitors in the industry with innovative software and technology. Strong onboarding program of training and mentoring along with well-structured, easy to navigate, one-password/one-stop-shop operations platform. Dedication to promoting from within the company.

      Cons

      Certain cities are growing faster than others so growth opportunities may require willingness to relocate. Lots of buying and selling of properties. More Class B/C properties than A at the moment, but shifting.

      Upper Mgmt pushing political views is unsettling.
