Regions operate quite differently from each other and we often feel the "family culture" can be used on those who are salaried in a slightly manipulative way to work them harder

Great benefits, employee satisfaction, internal growth opportunities, internal communication, internal support, strong internal processes to make job duties easier, internal reward systems, and competitive commissions/bonuses.

Cons

Everyone in property management knows that not all properties are built the same and/or create the same level of job satisfaction, but overall Bell Partners Inc. is a great company to work for.

Bell Partners always has the best electronic systems in place. The people are nice and friendly and always help each other.

Cons

Sometimes it is very busy but also keeps me challenged.
