      Incredible Leadership and Employee Engagement

      Pros

      I feel valued by my leadership team, especially my regional manager who offers a great deal of support, patience and guidance. They truly live by their core values all the way to the top. I also love the philanthropic nature of the company. You feel like you are a part of something important.

      Cons

      Although there are a great amount of resources available for training, the webinar led classes seem very scripted and rushed. I love that the company is innovative in technology and I know with COVID-19 everyone had to adapt to a new normal, but it would be nice to have smaller class sizes for more interactive learning other than raising your virtual hand and typing the question. It makes it seem robotic and less enthusiastic.

Thank you for understanding that the COVID situation has been fluid and ever changing. We went from a very hands on in person model for training to having to immediately adapt to virtual. That of course comes with bumps along the way. If you have ideas on how to polish them up we would be happy to have you email us at Career@BellPartnersInc.com! We also were put in a tough position of creating a quality conference that most employees could attend. Working around so many employees is hard but we appreciate the detailed feedback regarding participating from other places then the leasing office.       Pros

      Support all around, well thought-through policies and procedures, and I feel empowered to do my job.

      Cons

      Several new initiatives rolled out quickly, but it was necessary to adapt to our current state of the market. Bell did a great job regrouping and making sure we all had the tools to be successful.
