      Bell really cares about their associates. Lots of opportunities on the east coast.

      Cons

      Growth in the west is slow. Communication regarding opportunities and growth needs improvement.

      Not a strong presence in all markets in US. Definitely room to grow.

We continue to add new communities to our portfolios and focus in areas where we can grow deeper in those markets.
