      No family values - Horrible upper management

      A steady job in a great industry

      Cons

      The company does not have any family values, you would think otherwise since this is a family owned company. Holiday hours are horrible. No balance between work/ home life. Upper management is like a group of high school friends who gossip, and have “favorites”.

      Great work environment with a good strong culture

      Pros

      Great working environment with fun people to be around. Company doesn't feel too siloed compared to past organizations. Company really makes an effort to make people feel comfortable when joining and has a great on boarding program in place to help with the process.

      Cons

      Benefits program is not as good as previous company particularly in regards to Medical.

Annually we review our benefits to determine if the Company can make improvements for our employees. It’s a joint effort in managing our benefit costs. Thanks for being a part of the Bell family!
