      Pros

      This is the most structured and organized company I've ever worked for. No drama or favoritism just business. Very stabilized so I'm never afraid of big changes. Training is super informative!

      Cons

      Not a lot of opportunity for growth in my area, but there are plenty if willing to relocate.
