      Pros

      The organization provides a 3 month on-boarding process that start with the day that you receive your offer. You are then assigned to a Bell Buddy, that completes a series of "homework" to ensure that you are exposed to all the immediate and important items. Large company, but like family feel! Everyone is always willing to help and never assumes you know the answer to anything. Clear and transparent communication

      Cons

      At times you can feel remote from the larger markets (must be a determined and self-motivated individual).

      Pros

      Great corporate culture. The company provides the required resources and support to help ensure goals are achieved. Benefits are consistent with the industry.

      Cons

      Career advancement is limited but should continue to improve as growth continues. Multiple supervisors can be a challenge in regards to time management.
