      Great Company to Work For!

      Pros

      Commission Structure Company structure/ internal organization-- very organized Relaxed culture/fun work environment Room for growth and continual learning within the organization

      Cons

      There was a lot of room to advance from leasing to onsite management, but it was VERY difficult to advance from onsite management to corporate/regional management-- they tended to hire regionals and corporate level managers from outside, even given qualified onsite managers with years of experience and advanced degrees in real estate/management related fields

      Good Benefits, Competitive Pay, Room to Grow if management likes you.

      Cons

      A bit 'clique-y', at least in my area. Getting jobs b/c you're friends with so and so...Upper management (above CM) never really gets to know their leasers, therefore don't know who to really consider for promotion. A lot of outside hiring as opposed to promoting within.

      Pros

      Senior mgmt cares about their employees and listens to their feedback. Decent benefits package. Competitive commission and bonus structure. Lots of career opportunities. This is a growing company. Rent discount offered to full-time employees.

      Cons

      No overtime permitted. During the busy season, it can be challenging to get everything done within 40 hours. Occasional staffing issues leave property less staffed than needed.
