Very poor management from the top down. In the year that I worked there I never received any formal training, promotions are non existent as they do not hold interviews and will fill the spots immediately with whoever will take the least amount of money. Upper management talks poorly about residents and staff in front of other employees. According to “policy” they have a loophole to not pay you your commissions/vacation etc. after you’ve left. The schedule is subject to change at the drop of a hat causing a work life balance to be impossible.
