      No future training programs and need more properties.

      Pros

      - hours that accommodate to a work/life balance - opportunity to be promoted granted you put in the work - meet a lot of great people - there is always ways to improve and learn more by taking advantage of their online training - managers are always willing to help and are understanding - great team atmosphere - great praise from management

      Cons

      - for the amount of work, the compensation could be better - managers don't always have flexibility when it comes to decisions to their properties - if there are issues onsite with employees, it's very difficult to work with HR due to their strict policies, which creates a bad working environment.

      Great training programs for new employees Not a lot of turnover Benefits are pretty affordable They do employee surveys and actually make changes in response to needs Great Core Values

      Cons

      Not a lot of turnover so it takes a while if you want to move-up unless you want to relocate. Which is not necessarily a bad thing.
