      Pros

      Great support. Great Benefits Great Pay Work/Life Balance I've never been happier in my career. I previously worked for Equity Residential I was happy and seriously doubted that anything would top them. I was discouraged when they exited our Market. However, Bell Partners blew me away. They are a private company and I feel like I'm part of a very big family. I'm proud to be part of the Bell family. :)

      Pros

      Nice work environment. Offices are located in a pretty clubhouse

      Cons

      I worked with a manager that didn't want to spend money to treat sidewalks during snow storm and was not nice to employees.
