      Bait and switch in office policy

      Team is very hardworking and empathetic

      Cons

      After I was hired they implemented a 3 day in office policy that was not disclosed during my interview. They refuse to acknowledge other companies have more flexibility with remote work and this is why I’m leaving my role.
