      Very organized but not a lot of opportunity for growth

      Pros

      You get to meet people in all levels of the company which is great for networking and figuring out where you want to go next. I had a great experience but was a leasing agent at a very nice location. Location and community manager impact experience greatly.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for growth or promotions.

      While the culture and people are exceptional, the benefits package could use some improvement to better match the high standards of the company overall.
