Pros

Bell really cares about its communities and people. I was surprised to know that even executive leaders knew my name, team, and site; it's that extra effort that shows they pay attention. I thought I would work with Bell for my entire career, but personal goals had me move outside of their target markets. They hire the best and operate the best, hands down. Bell is the future of the industry!

Cons

They survey employees to enhance the working experience. I think they miss the mark on some holidays and maternity time off.

Pros

Company values are great. "Do the right thing" "Outperform" "Prepare for the future today" "Serve somebody"...PTO and holiday paid immediately. CEO is engaging to onsite staff. DE&I program. HR team is great. Onboarding program is amazing.

Cons

Day to day management practices may or may not align with company values. Your ability to be successful and overall performance hinges on "leadership". Thrived under previous manager for almost two years, Onsite management change has been challenging and a long-term relationship with the company is not possible which is unfortunate because there are some great benefits to working with Bell. Open door policy is not encouraged. Lack of communication. Aggressive management style.

Pros

If it’s an easy job to get, easy to do while in active drug/alcohol addiction(but they do require initial drug test)

Cons

“Corporate” tries to cut too many corners, won’t pay the cost of having an appropriate amount of maintenance staff, then ask “why aren’t you guys getting behind on the work” and not listen when told more supplies+staff are needed
