They bait and switch you heavy!! Don't do it. I was naive when reading these thinking how bad can it really be... boy was I wrong! When on boarding they say "hourly + Commission" that's a lie. They would schedule you for 8 hours and you think good I could plan my checks with my other job in order to pay just basic living expenses but no they want you out of there the fast as possible but want you to be personable to the families but what you to get the sale and meet their numbers so basically wanting you to get in and get out. How the heck can we be personable with those parameters?! Then if you complain too much because of schedule concerns because you originally agreed to that you would work 3 days and have set days and then not only was I cut on days I was scheduled on days I didn't agree to when I have other jobs so I had to say no to shifts at my other ones because I was trying to meet this company's standards . I exceeded the company's sale standards and nearly got 4k sales but I didn't see a lick of commission of that so they kept everything just because I work the complete 8 instead of getting in and out. With my mom actually working in payroll for a school district and going over my paychecks with me even she says don't ever work for this company because they seem scammy. Giving a little bit of MLM vibes. And when trying to bring uo concerns they get very snappy and all of sudden you have all these so called "complaints" from customers you handled and who tipped you and you genuinely had good conversations with so they could just look for an excuse to let you go. Also the managers keep asking me "hey maybe you should get this lens to improve on your photos" when the photos were fine but they would send me a link to get a $200-$350 lens money which I don't have because my money was going towards rent. Mind you I had a 35mm-50mm kit lens only camera so why would I need a 50mm lens? I would say you would probably have to bite your tongue a lot with this company. Good riddance that I'm done with them. This was worse than working at McDonald's (not because of the families but because the company is just genuinely that bad)

Money is inconsistent, You don't make hourly when working in the hospital, you work strictly on commission, yet they push you to photograph as many rooms as possible even when the families tell you they won't be purchasing. They push the idea that "they could always buy later", but the reality is that 80%-90% of the families that don't purchase in hospital are not purchasing later at home. This means that you could be there for hours and literally make no money.
