Company offers good salaries and oportunities specially for people who are smart, works hard and have no profitable degree (for example) . You can expect long work hours on a daily basis and almost no or minimun time free. They have a nice culture of “hard work pays off”. They give bonuses and salary raises to top performers. I think the President has good intensions with his employees and really wants them to have a good life but sometimes you have to devote a lot of time to the Company.

Long hours with minimun free time. It is expected to be a hard worker, passionate and to put your job first. The “hard work pays off “ culture could be overwhelming. Is a culture that nurtures and promotes working long hours. Sometimes the desires of the President are not well understood by executives could take extreme desicions.
