Pros

Most faculty, staff, students and alumni are great to work with; family-friendly culture and activities; good work-life balance; best private university in Louisville region; decent benefits package; half-day Fridays in the summer and closed for winter holidays

Cons

President has accomplished a lot in 20+ years, but makes way too much money for a school its size; culture can be closed and unwelcoming to outsiders; communication from the top and within schools, divisions and departments can be very poor; unwilling to invest in critical resources for the benefit of students and alumni; no upward mobility or plans to develop future leadership; low pay

Pros

Small, so easy to build good rapport with students Some people are worth getting to know

Cons

If you a person of color you will experience racism here if you do not conform. Student Life continues to have routine turn-over yet no one seems to want to address the issues. Leadership is incompetent but people get promoted based on seniority and popularity not skill.

Cons

-SGA is usually a puppet organisation to parrot administration's agenda -Part-time and adjunct professors are treated poorly -Administration puts own goals ahead of the stated interest of students and professors
