Tired.

Pros

I have holidays off and some people are nice.

Cons

There is a severe lack of career growth and the compensation is a joke. There is no sense of family at all. If you are new, don't expect to be immediately accepted. The small intimate campus is just that, they do not accept newcomers well at all, very clickish. People are set in their ways and change is not accepted. You will feel stuck, unappreciated and question your reasoning for being at Bellarmine whenever your come to campus.

Great work environment, family atmosphere, decent pay, Excellent benefits, a lot of university sponsored events that are free or reduced for employees, great leadership

Cons

Some positions require more weekend hours than others which can be annoying at times, but overall it is very much worth it.
