Most Bellarmine staff and faculty are very nice.

Cons

There are major budget issues at Bellarmine. The university is working hard to find solutions, so significant cuts are happening. Retirement benefits are far below what other universities offer, raises are not happening, and when employees leave, they are largely not being replaced. The plan for correction involves recruiting more students, which Bellarmine has been trying to do for many years.

As they are in a deficit they are making serious cuts to people with no warning; doesn't show a real care for the well being of individuals; favoritism of some employees over others; corruption in leadership; unfair work from home policies for some while others have no opportunity
