Pros

Very Lenient when it comes to schedule. You work alot but if you have something to do or comes up they will work around it. Work hard play hard is the motive you need to have a good living. Benefits.

Cons

Alotta hours. The sales team play a huge role when it comes to pay which can be really bad or good. If no customers are coming in no money to be made.

Cons

They view Salaried Employees as free labor. Bonus are unobtainable. Commission dollars are less than they used to be. No room to grow.

Good people, good environment. Hard working people.

Cons

The hr team is just poor unfortunately. People get written up even if they bring in doctor notes. If you have a disabilty I strongly recommend staying away from belle tire. If you get written up you cannot get a raise for at least 6 months. Have to maintain 48 hrs to get benefits. You are just a body to them, easily replaceable. No job security.
