11-13 hour shifts for salaried employees, unobtainable sales goals for bonuses with the amount of employees they calculate each location should have, always understaffed, stressful, and mentally draining.

Retail hours Need to have thick skin if working in sales due to some customers being irritated or irrational. No AC in back shop during summer months Hard Labour. New store managers get stuck at lower volume stores for too long, which effects pay.
