Pros

Great company culture, and always opportunities to grow and be promoted but have to work hard to get it. My store manager is flexible with schedule and accommodates personal things going on and works with me and my schedule. The benefits and PTO are really good, and the people who work hard are the ones who get the opportunities to get more money and be promoted.

Cons

When times are really busy it’s good because everyone is making money, but sometimes leads to longer days.
