- Full Benefits - Lots of room to move up - Monthly Spiffs and Commissions - Discounts on tires and repairs

Cons

- Long workweeks, sometimes 50+ hours - Dirty (It's a tire shop) - Can be stressful with not so great base pay - Monthly bonuses can be very small
