Cons

Tire tech make way less than managers, even those who have no management experience. Every sales person is a manager and no matter their experience. Simple things like wheel lock keys, tire size, etc can all be wrong and should’ve been checked. Managers get bonuses on top of their pay and have less work while tire techs are expected to deliver the world in 35 minutes no matter what. Managers are seen as non expendable while I was told that they know tire techs are a high turnover position and then complain that they are short handed and expect the tech working to pick up all the slack.
