Great Place for Work Experience But Not For Staying

-Job Security -Opportunity to learn more about auto mechanics -Opportunities to move up into sales or licensed mechanic, auto glass tech, and alignment tech

Cons

-Wages for tire techs have not kept up with inflation -Long work hours -usually short-staffed -not the best benefits -high turnover rate
