The best part of working for belle tire was having everything you need to get the job done available to you

Cons

Communication with upper management isn't great. If there is an issue that impact our ability to do our job upper management fails to inform you of any progress done toward fixing the problem

it's a pay check. most likely to get 40 hours a week most of the year.

Cons

management is terrible. corporate policy does not stay the same and will most likely be talked down too. absolutely no room for advancement from tire tech to service tech. management changes like the season.
