Absolutely horrible management and treatment of employees. Discount Tire Co. hands down is a better place to be at in my opinion. Once you upset them in a small way, they do not care about you, your hours, the promises they give you when hired. I am not the only guy to suffer through this. People who still worked there agreed. I moved to another job due to the hours constantly being cut and pay was not worth it at all. No one can make a living off of 10-20 hours a week. They do not think of their employees yet make hundreds of millions a year for themselves.
