      Lots to learn and you get to work with a great team of people. Benefits are available to all full-time workers.

      Cons

      Low rate of growth within the company and hard to earn raises. The company thinks more about saving money then helping employees.

      belle tire is a great place to work...if you get in with the right people. You can be passed over for promotions easily.

      Good pay once in sales, or auto repair. good benefits, fun employee parties. free tickets to sporting events/concerts. Great training programs. Can be fun to work at.

      Cons

      Very political. "corporate knows best" your opinion doesn't matter (they say it does) Very cut throat with management and mechanics. If you're in sales you get moved a lot, which can help learn more. if you get transferred to a store where you're miserable good luck getting moved. you'll be told to "suck it up". Seems like the only way to get a pay raise to to say you're quitting. They'll throw money at you to appease your complaints.
