Pros

I've worked at several big tech companies and working at Bellese has far been the superior experience for me. They seek out meaningful work. Remote-Friendly environment. Upper management clearly cares about the company and the people who work here. My co-workers and teammates are wonderful. Learning budget is higher than anywhere else I've worked.

Cons

Personally I'm not a fan of the flat organization model. Not a lot of room for career advancement without changing roles entirely.
