Pros

Good grasp of AGILE. Decent culture and smart engineers. Telework. Good place if you keep your head down and take the easy work.

Cons

Forgot my start date and dropped every ball on onboarding. Supervisors commented on my age and appearance. Utter lack of feedback on performance. Terminated after 4 months w/ minimal feedback/opportunity to improve. Overly complex tech stack masked in technical elegance. Sink or swim with lead shoes.
