Pros

Hybrid working with a dog-friendly office. Free snacks and proper coffee too

Cons

All of the roles are very specialised, so if you are more of a generalist, you may be bored quickly

Pros

Seems to be a great environment for the in-crowd at the company. Beautiful office, and founders seem like genuinely interested in the wellbeing of their employees.

Cons

Applied for a job listed as full time permanent role, eventually hired as a part-time with casual pay and then abruptly laid off with one day's notice. Received no exit interview or final call, was simply removed from internal platforms and then contacted several weeks later to return technology. Lacking transparency in how roles are hired.

Pros

Stimulating environment with loads of switched on folks to collaborate with. Constantly exploring better ways to do things, even when unconventional. Integrity is real here. A truly global business, with a global mindset.

Cons

You can't kick back and cruise – you're expected to contribute. There's less hierarchy than most businesses, which can feel unsettling for some.
