Since Bellweather opened in 2016 we have learned so much and most importantly have recognized that a growing company requires a consistent commitment to bettering our communication and company culture. In 2021, Bellweather’s management expanded to include a new Chief Operating Officer overseeing all things HR, alongside more transparent and collaborative communication processes. We commit to continuing this work going forward.
