Pros

None other than there are some good people who try to make things run here but overall are brought down by terrible management.

Cons

Toxic work environment all around in almost every department. They like to gas light employees. Upper management tries to rule out of fear for making numbers and employees get blamed for operational issues. All around continues to go downhill.
