Good hours 3x12hr work week. Management is really good. HR will stand up against management if you want leave.

Random THC testing and limited growth opportunities.

Pros

Full time with overtime available. Three 12 hour day workdays or nights. Clean, climate controlled facility. Good benefit options.

Cons

No training plan. Basically throw you in to watch another employee. No training plan or regimen. Machines are very technical and computer run. It's imperative to be detailed, precise and efficient so the fact that there's no real training plan and then expected me to be on my own alone after just 8 days pushed me over the edge. I quit.
