full time work with great health benefits. on site fitness center and health clinic

Cons

mandatory overtime. no work life balance. poor comunication between departments. they hire new employees at a higher salary than employees who have been there for years. Physically demanding job standing on concrete for 8-12 hrs a day. some have compared belmarks salary compensation to slave labor becausethey can afford to rapaidly expand their locations and production sites due to underpaying their employees. many workers are dissatisfied with their jobs.
