The residents are often nice people who are willing to talk with you.

Cons

The administration has no integrity. Executive Director enjoys giving employees a hard time at the cost of cutting corners. Administration lies about you and does not keep its own written promises. Rental rates always increase for residents but the employee pay remains the same. Low workplace morale and hostile environment at every facility owned by this company. A company like this is why quiet quitting exists.

Understaffed and over expectstions

There’s a lot of hours to be picked up.

Cons

They don’t care about employees. They will always be understaffed. But if you don’t do the job to exactly what they want they will fire you no matter how much your needed. Also don’t expect to get days off.
