Pros

* Pay is okay * Nice coworkers who help out more than the manager. * If you work in the Sears location, you get a Sears discount. * Benefits are nice and low in terms of cost.

Cons

* Not enough work due to lack of patients/customers. * Manager is out of state and likes to micromanage the employees. Major lack of communication as her phone is always off or she is in meetings across the country. * Lack of management input. We only see her once every few months but for only a few hours. * No room for advancement opportunities unless you want to move to the corporate areas.

Pros

Convenient hours Rewarding experiences with senior patients Office environment Variety of assigned tasks hones multitude of skills. Perfect for someone who prefers to work alone for the majority of the work day.

Cons

Benefits are non existent. Raises are non existent. Rules are constantly changing. Those at the very top use intimidation tactics to assert authority.

Pros

I can't think of much.

Cons

Micromanagment or everything. Really high employee turnaround where they expect you to pick up the pieces. They offer incentives for sales but put the bar up way too high so it won'tbe met in certain areas. They force certain offices into contracts with insurance companies that are annoying and reimburse low. They tell you when you can use your paid time off and you have to find your own coverage. They send out constant mailers for free hearing tests and make no money from them. Cameras in employee areas. They don't pay enough. It's not comparable and a bit insulting. The insurance benefits are awful. You will never meet a deductible for any of the plans they offer. The WORST patients. They are entitled and needy.
