      Pros

      The people I worked with over all were great. Loved my staff and the things we were able to accomplish over my 2 years with Beltone. Was a great learning experience for me, as it was the first time in the hearing space. Beltone is a great place to work when it comes to work/life balance. Overall truly care about their people.

      Cons

      Certain leadership lacked direction, which made things difficult at times to understand the future vision. Decisions were not always made by getting all the right information from the SME's, which in turn a lot of back tracking in re-working processes.

      There are no positives with this place

      Cons

      they will try to cheat you out of your bonuses, pay you little pay and expect you to come in with a smile on your face while they higher managers who are not even trained to know what we actually do. No room for management because they are busy hiring people who have no idea what they are doing
