      There are no positives with this place

      they will try to cheat you out of your bonuses, pay you little pay and expect you to come in with a smile on your face while they higher managers who are not even trained to know what we actually do. No room for management because they are busy hiring people who have no idea what they are doing

      Constant money, training, rewarding work

      Cons

      Avoid working for Beltone south at all cost. They have cameras and watch them on every employee only to treat you like a child. It takes 6 weeks or more to get hearing aids after patient purchase only due to poor management and leadership. They lie to employees and patients alike. The owners are very greedy and think their money can get them anything they desire. The turnover is ridiculous due to how they treat employees. Avoid working at Beltone South at all costs!
