      Worst job I’ve ever had

      Pros

      The day shift schedule Monday through Friday 9-5 is the only good thing about being a patient care coordinator for beltone.

      Cons

      The HCP I worked for was crazy.. he screamed, threw things, got in my face on more than one occasion and talked so badly about patients who didn’t purchase from him. I was poorly trained, I’m talking three days worth of training. There’s no such thing as time off when you work for The William H mattingly Corp. your life is expected to be about Beltone at all times.

      . Took appropriate time for training . Treat you as a team rather than a worker . Listens to employees suggestions

      . Working through the chain of command is a bit difficult, but understandably busy. Honestly no other complains.

      Excellent technology and name brand recognition. Little micro management if you do well with patients.

      Cons

      Can be difficult selling high priced technology if you’re not familiar with it and the benefit it brings to patients. Corporate tends to change procedures more than necessary.
