Liked helping customers and being able to have them come to me with confidence with a problem concerning their hearing aids

Cons

Improvement on management, needs to be more communication between staff and management. Understanding to what each office needs in order for the office to succeed

The customers are great. That's literally it.

Cons

Corporate doesn't care at all about the employees. The pay is terrible, you cannot live off these pay checks. Its all about meeting sales goals, not about helping the customer.

Training for the job was great. Management was also diligent. Great working relationship with CEO, Perry Ebel. He knows how to run a company. Would recommend working for him if you're in Tennessee. Good money-commission only. Company knows how to advertise and has money to do it.

Cons

Commission only. Pressure is on. Sales.
