      Possibility of earning a good living.

      Cons

      Only hear from management when there's a problem. Little training. No support getting ready for licensing exams. Supply schedule is random - leaving your office without needed supplies for weeks. All emphasis is on selling. Their attitude is, "Sell or be replaced." Disheartening and discouraging.

      The technology is very advanced but that means a lot to stay on top of as a fitter. The community of the company is very family like, warm and welcoming.

      Cons

      There is a lot of sales pressure to sell aids to people even if they cannot afford them. They preach customer service but there is little time to follow up with patients
