Pros

Working at Beltone gives me flexibility during the day, and a chance to meet new people constantly. I also work 4 days per week, giving me a long weekend and a day to run errands. You're basically your own boss several days a week. Paid holidays upon employment. GREAT Home Office Staff.

Cons

There's no lunch time. It's a one person office. Health Insurance could be better.

Coworkers and patients are great. Management is a joke Stay for a year and learn as much as you can then move on.

Cons

Wages are below standard. Training is nonexistent. Promises are never kept. Hearing aid technology has fallen behind.
