Solid job security. This is one of those things that you may take for granted until you get hit by something major like COVID-19. That certainly put things in perspective for me and I’ve begun to truly appreciate how good I have it here. This is especially the case when you consider how great the compensation is. I’ve seen people complain about a lot of things but I’ve yet to see anyone complain about the pay and benefits.

The vast majority of my co-workers are pleasant people. Actually liking the people you work with, in my opinion anyways, is half the battle. Sure, this company has a lot to offer their employees but the primary reason why I love this job so much are my co-workers. Their professionalism, friendship and humor keep me coming back. Happy to be a contributing member of the team!
