Food service ramps are broken/busted up. They don’t like spending any money to fix equipment so they can get a bonus at the end of the year. Long, long hours and low pay for breaking your back. Horrible management that only favors a handful of drivers(good ole boy system). Goes by a “no seniority policy” so if you been there 10yrs, you’re still equal to a 1month driver. Drivers that have been here for years can’t request a team route, but they will put a new rookie with no experience on team routes.

prepare to dig for your cases. Allot of new guys in the warehouse needing training to build routes properly. The guy that sets the routes in dispatch doesn't seem to have a clue how to properly set stops in order from key drops to LIVE drops.
