Benefits are very good Profit sharing it's ok but it's free money Support. Just have to ask and someone should help Training ask and they will help. Location at Missouri city HOUSTON TX it's elegant, nicely built. Room for expansion

Cons

Getting upper managers to evaluate the staff foundation of the piramid to building the company up to the top peak.

Sometimes disorganized. That being said its pretty normal in this industry and they do do a good job keeping it to a minimum
