Pros

Great atmosphere and working conditions. Family style orientated workplace. Comradery between employees is great, very relaxed. Great career opportunities for employees looking to move up.

Cons

The sheen of the atmosphere slowly but surely wears out, leaving only a large group of complacent employees more concerned with their next company sponsored trip than the simplest company policies. Very slow to keep up with the current safety and security policies throughout plants. Willing to forego security and intergrity of company policies in order to inch out a little more to their bottom line.
